TERMS & CONDITIONS<\/span><\/p><\/div>

By submitting your deposit and attending any of our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:<\/p>

1. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy for Private Ceremonies and\/or Retreats<\/strong><\/p>

A cancellation or rescheduling is defined as any instance in which you are unable to attend a ceremony and\/or retreat or need to request a change to your confirmed date. The following terms apply:<\/p>

  1. Cancellations and rescheduling made more than 3 weeks before the ceremony and\/or retreat:<\/p>

    1. A \u20ac100 non-refundable fee applies to all cancellations or changes, unless other agreements are arranged.<\/p><\/li><\/ol><\/li>

    2. Cancellations and rescheduling made within 3 weeks before the ceremony and\/or retreat:<\/p>

      1. Participants are required to pay 50% of the total cost or may reschedule for a fee of \u20ac200 upon agreement with the facilitator.<\/p><\/li>

      2. Exceptions: If a replacement is found (either by the client or by KRAKTI), cancellation and rescheduling fees may be waived.<\/p><\/li><\/ol><\/li>

      3. Cancellations and rescheduling made within 1 week before the ceremony and\/or retreat:<\/p>

        1. Participants are required to pay 100% of the total cost or may reschedule for a fee of \u20ac500 upon agreement with the facilitator.<\/p><\/li><\/ol><\/li>

        2. Right to Discontinue:<\/p><\/li><\/ol>

          1. Both parties reserve the right to discontinue proceeding with the ceremony and\/or retreat or other service, after the first online preparation meeting.<\/p><\/li>

            1. If this decision is communicated within 12 hours after the preparation session, the client will only be charged \u20ac150,-.<\/p><\/li>

            2. The facilitator has the right to cancel any session at any time if he\/she deems it safer to do so for either the client or the facilitator.<\/p><\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol>

              2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy for Short-Duration Services (2 Hours or Less)<\/strong><\/p>

              1. Cancellations and rescheduling made within 12 hours before the service start time:<\/p>

                1. Participants are required to pay 50% of the service cost.<\/p><\/li><\/ol><\/li>

                2. Cancellations and rescheduling made within 8 hours before the service start time:<\/p>

                  1. Participants are required to pay 100% of the service cost.<\/p><\/li><\/ol><\/li>

                  2. A \u20ac50 non-refundable fee applies to all cancellations or changes, regardless of the time frame or circumstances, unless other agreements are arranged.<\/p><\/li><\/ol>

                    3. Cancellation or Rescheduling by KRAKTI<\/strong><\/p>

                    1. In the event that KRAKTI cancels or reschedules a ceremony and\/or retreat, participants may choose to reschedule their service or receive a full refund of their payment.<\/p><\/li>

                    2. KRAKTI does not reimburse any additional costs incurred by participants (e.g., travel expenses).<\/p><\/li><\/ol>

                      4. Code of Conduct<\/strong><\/p>

                      1. KRAKTI reserves the right to remove participants from its premises for disrespectful behavior toward other participants, staff, or the property.<\/p><\/li>

                      2. The determination of what constitutes disrespectful behavior is at the sole discretion of KRAKTI staff. In most cases, participants will receive a verbal warning before removal.<\/p><\/li><\/ol>

                        5. Truthful Disclosure<\/strong><\/p>

                        1. Participants are required to complete all forms truthfully. Failure to do so may result in denied access or removal from the premises.<\/p><\/li><\/ol>

                          6. Liability Disclaimer<\/strong><\/p>

                          1. KRAKTI and its staff are not liable for any injuries sustained during ceremonies, retreats, or other activities.<\/p><\/li>

                          2. KRAKTI and its staff are not liable for any damage to or loss of personal belongings during ceremonies, retreats, or other activities.<\/p><\/li><\/ol>
