Service Description
Most people view the plant medicine ceremonies as the part where most of the work is done - I think the work starts before the ceremony, and keeps going years after the ceremony. There is loads of information to be found on the internet on how to prepare for your plant medicine journey. And probably the center you will be visiting have shared their own preparation tips with you. If you prefer to talk to someone face to face and to personalize your preparation - I'm here! Most people view the plant medicine ceremonies as the part where most of the work is done - I think the work already starts beforehand and keeps on going until years after the ceremony. So how do you prepare for a plant medicine journey? I believe the preparation is best to be done on all levels of your Being: physically, mentally, emotionally and energetically. In the end you want your whole being to be open and ready for your journey. In a preparation session we we will look at ways for you to prepare on all different levels, so you can start your journey comfortably. We will do this by talking things through, but I might also use one or more of the following modalities: - Yoga; - Breath- and voice excercises; - Guided meditations / Meditational journeying.
