HOUSE RULES & CANCELLATION POLICY

TERMS & CONDITIONS

By submitting your deposit and attending any of our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

 1. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy for Private Ceremonies and/or Retreats

A cancellation or rescheduling is defined as any instance in which you are unable to attend a ceremony and/or retreat or need to request a change to your confirmed date. The following terms apply:

  1. Cancellations and rescheduling made more than 3 weeks before the ceremony and/or retreat:

    1. A €100 non-refundable fee applies to all cancellations or changes, unless other agreements are arranged.

  2. Cancellations and rescheduling made within 3 weeks before the ceremony and/or retreat:

    1. Participants are required to pay 50% of the total cost or may reschedule for a fee of €200 upon agreement with the facilitator.

    2. Exceptions: If a replacement is found (either by the client or by KRAKTI), cancellation and rescheduling fees may be waived.

  3. Cancellations and rescheduling made within 1 week before the ceremony and/or retreat:

    1. Participants are required to pay 100% of the total cost or may reschedule for a fee of €500 upon agreement with the facilitator.

  4. Right to Discontinue:

    1. Both parties reserve the right to discontinue proceeding with the ceremony and/or retreat after the first online preparation meeting.

    2. If this decision is communicated within 12 hours after the preparation session, the client will only be charged €150,-;

    3. The facilitator has the right to cancel any session at any time if he/she deems it safer to do so for either the client or the facilitator.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy for Short-Duration Services (2 Hours or Less)

  1. Cancellations and rescheduling made within 12 hours before the service start time:

    1. Participants are required to pay 50% of the service cost.

  2. Cancellations and rescheduling made within 8 hours before the service start time:

    1. Participants are required to pay 100% of the service cost.

  3. A €50 non-refundable fee applies to all cancellations or changes, regardless of the time frame or circumstances, unless other agreements are arranged.

     

3. Cancellation or Rescheduling by KRAKTI

  1. In the event that KRAKTI cancels or reschedules a ceremony and/or retreat, participants may choose to reschedule their service or receive a full refund of their payment.

  2. KRAKTI does not reimburse any additional costs incurred by participants (e.g., travel expenses).

     

4. Code of Conduct

  1. KRAKTI reserves the right to remove participants from its premises for disrespectful behavior toward other participants, staff, or the property.

  2. The determination of what constitutes disrespectful behavior is at the sole discretion of KRAKTI staff. In most cases, participants will receive a verbal warning before removal.

     

5. Truthful Disclosure

  1. Participants are required to complete all forms truthfully. Failure to do so may result in denied access or removal from the premises.


6. Liability Disclaimer

  1. KRAKTI and its staff are not liable for any injuries sustained during ceremonies, retreats, or other activities.

  2. KRAKTI and its staff are not liable for any damage to or loss of personal belongings during ceremonies, retreats, or other activities.


7. Privacy Clause

  1. All personal information provided by participants will be kept confidential and used solely for the purposes of facilitating the ceremony and/or retreat. KRAKTI adheres to strict privacy and data protection standards.


8. Policy Precedence

  1. In the event of discrepancies between communicated policies, the policies outlined on the webpage https://www.krakti.eu/houserules shall take precedence.
