"Genuine. Authentic. Caring. Gratitude. A few months ago, I had my first-ever private ceremony with Nancy. I came into this retreat carrying a lot of questions while managing my expectations. Each journey is unique.

I instantly felt a genuine connection with Nancy. From the very first intake conversation, she took the time to understand my health history, habits, concerns, and state of mind in real depth — not as a checklist, but as genuine care — which made me trust the process completely before we even began.

Our private ceremony was gentle yet intense. Nancy's presence was calm, protective, and grounded without ever being intrusive. She supported my journey in the best way possible — before, during, and after. I felt her strong and unwavering support throughout. She knew exactly when to step in and when to simply let the experience unfold.

After our private retreat, I cemented my initial inner shift by getting out of my comfort zone more often. I started exploring with purpose and deeper meaning: trying new experiences on my own, things that felt out of reach before. I reflected a lot, and I quickly realised that a lot of the darkness and anxiety roaming free in my brain had been lifted. Not gone, but transformed into something else: something powerful and positive.

My intentions were peace and meeting my inner child. Lying comfortably on my mattress, I glide into the journey into the unknown. Beautiful symmetrical figures alternate with beautiful white light. The light I need to "illuminate" the dark parts within me. Beautiful music carries me along. Beautiful voices singing, sounds caressing my ears. I see Nancy and Tessa, so much trust, peace, and so much gentleness as old souls. Along the way, I feel the connected energy of the other travelers. It does not disrupt my journey but rather strengthens it. My inner child is cheerful this time: playing, running from left to right, and giggling constantly. Her laugh is infectious, her cheerfulness palpable, and I laugh along. Emotions are present too, and that is okay. In complete peace, I arrive in the here and now. I enjoy the aftercare and safety that both space holders provide. In the days that follow, I feel calm in so many ways. Nancy and Tessa, thank you for being there for me.
